All clients receive free lifetime upgrades to the PortGenix™ internal monitor Server Edition and Datacenter Editions.

All clients of PortGenix™ receive free email support during business hours. If you have any support issues, feel free to email us at support at intergenix dot net with your Customer ID and a detailed description of the issues you are having.

PortGenix™ clients may also use the trouble ticket system within their control panel to contact us. All PortGenix™ clients receive free support via the trouble ticket system during business hours.

PortGenix™ documentation and other documentation are available for free within the control panel.

Intergenix offers flat fee, per call phone support for clients.
